Everyone experiences problems in their lives that are, at times, difficult to face. It is at these times that you may find it useful to have some counselling to help you understand better and deal with the matters that are worrying you.
Seeking counselling indicates a positive desire to do something constructive about whatever is troubling you.
People need counselling for all sorts of different reasons which can include:

I use standard counselling processes based on the Carl Rogers teachings but with an eclectic and spiritual approach. I give my clients a range of effective self-help practices such as positive affirmations, creative visualisation, relaxation techniques and more in order for them to heal and empower themselves, therefore, creating positive major shifts in their lives.
I counsel a range of issues including bereavement, stress, anxiety, lack of self esteem/confidence, feelings of sadness, relationship/family problems - most issues which make people feel "stuck" and unable to experience the peaceful and fulfilling life they deserve
