Reiki Level One Online Course
The Reiki Level One course focuses on those people who wish to use Reiki mainly for self-healing, but also on their family and friends, even on their animals and plants! It is also the first step for those who wish to go on to become Reiki Practitioners.
I was attuned for Reiki Level One in 2003. It changed my life and opened the doorway for me to walk through into my soul purpose.

During this course you will learn all about:
- Usui Reiki (the history, what it is, how it works etc)
- The 5 Reiki Principles
- The 7 major chakras and the aura
- Hand positions for self healing

- The activation of the 12 major chakras
- Visiting your Soul Garden of Beliefs
- Connecting with your Reiki Guides
The Reiki Level One online course consists of:
- 4 x 75 minute weekly sessions – these include information, practical exercises and meditations
- Reiki Level One attunement (carried out via distance)
- 32 page manual and Level One Certificate
